TNDC SUMMER INTENSIVE 2023

Registrations for the TNDC Summer Intensive are open until the 1st of

July 2023

​

During the 10 days of intensive, dancers will have the opportunity to study with the artistic director and managing director next to the invited professionals of TNDC. Morning classes will focus on ballet and contemporary techniques next to the repertoire lessons in the afternoon, which will be an opportunity to immerse yourself in TNDC's world. The workshop is open to anyone who wishes to gain a higher knowledge of the body in dance and to give an opportunity to TNDC to meet new artists with the possibility of establishing future collaborations.

HOW TO REGISTER?

1 . Fill out the online registration form here. Please make sure you answer to all questions and choose your preferred week.

2 . After submitting your registration form you will receive a notification email with the registration fee payment details from TNDC and the bank transfer information for the non-refundable registration fee.

3. The payment of 80 EUR / 30000 HUF is the non-refundable registration fee in order to confirm your participation at TNDC SUMMER 2023. Dancers can of course pay the full amount of the workshop at once BUT keep in mind that the registration fee must be paid within 2 weeks after submitting your registration form. Only after we have received the transaction your spot at TNDC SUMMER 2023 will be confirmed.


We have limited space for a maximum of 35 participants / week. Please register as soon as possible to ensure your participation in the intensive. We will maintain a waiting list in case any spots open.


All pricing offers include the 80 EUR non-refundable registration fee* paid by bank transaction, the remaining balance of the workshop is to be paid upon arrival on the first day of the workshop.
We accept both EUR and HUF.
We won’t be able to accept any credit or debit cards. Please prepare the exact remaining amount.


*The non-refundable registration fee should be paid within 2 weeks after submitting your registration form. Only after we have received the transaction, your spot at the festival will be confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your registered spot is very important to us, it is reserved especially for you.
Please understand that in case you decide not to attend the workshop and forget to cancel your spot in time, we will miss the opportunity to offer that place to someone else on the waiting list.

SHOW YOUR WORK AT TNDC SUMMER FESTIVAL

​

TNDC is offering emerging young choreographers and dancers the opportunity to perform at TNDC Summer Intensive 2023.

 

We are offering our beautiful studio spaces to present your work to all the participants and teachers of the summer workshop, and we'll open the event to the public as well. 

 

We believe that this is a great opportunity to try out your work in front of an audience and give visibility to your production whether or not it is ready for stage or still in a working process.

Please keep in mind that our offer doesn't include professional lighting. The selected shows will be shown in a studio environment only.

If you're interested in showing your work at TNDC SUMMER 2023 and want to find out what the audience is thinking about it, in order to help you get the most out of your performance, fill in our application form HERE - 

Nevertheless - Budapest is a great city during summer :) it is worth a visit! 

 

What we offer you

  • Studio space (12M X 11.5M)

  • Rehearsal time the night before your show date

  • Travel and accommodation

  •  Theater lightening  

 

There will be 4 performances selected!

We have limited space for a maximum of 2 performance / week.

Dates of TNDC Summer Intensive 2023: July 17-28

The performance will take place at 8PM each time - still in natural light

 

Requirements: 

Duration: between 30 and 50 minutes.

We will maintain a waiting list in case someone cancels.

Applicants will be contacted vie email with the final decision till the 2nd of June.

 

NOTE

​Each chosen choreography will have to confirm their presents till the 5th of June 2023.
