ALEXANDRA KOZMÉR

Alexandra Kozmér studied and graduated at the Hungarian Dance Academy as a ballet dancer.
From 1997 till 2019 she was a first soloist of the Hungarian National Ballet.
In the season 1999/2000 she also danced as a first soloist at Victor Ullate’s company: Ballet-Communidad de Madrid.
Since 2019 she is now a member of the Budapest Operett Theater as a dancer and ballet master.
During her studies and career, she received the following prestigious acknowledgments and prizes:
Competitions: 
1st International Competition Vienna: 1st Prize (1998) 
2nd International Nueyev Competition: 1st Prize (1996) 
7th Masako Ohya Ballet Competition Osaka: Partner Prize (1995)

- Hungarian Golden Cross of Merit in 2016 
- Gyula Harangozó Award in 2010
- Award for Hungarian Ballet and Contemporary Dance Art in 2009
- Elvira Vécsey Award in 1997
- Margit Tériné Horváth Award in 1996

She was and is teaching at the Hungarian Dance Academy as Ballet Master and Choreographer assistant, at Zoltan Gregus school's summer courses, and also as a guest teacher on Mykonos island and in Finland.
