Dalma has been working as a dance artist for almost 23 years. She graduated from the Hungarian Dance Academy in 2013 and has been teaching yoga since 2016. Teaching has now become her profession. She combines her experience as a dancer with the elements of yoga practice. In her classes, she primarily teaches awareness and how to connect with yourself and live in the present moment. This tool will be at your disposal at any time in other areas of life as well. For her, yoga is a resource. A safe place: where and when she can focus on herself. Every person needs to find this inner peace, to which they can retreat at any time.
